Theres Not Mushroom in Manhattan
A little umami bomb for all you savory cocktail lovers!
I’ve always leaned towards boozy savory drinks so being able to play around with the Yobo Earth aperitif has been a blast.
Ingredients.
- 1 oz Kish EARTH Apéritif
- 2 oz Mushroom Brown Butter Bourbon
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- 2 Dash Strong Water Black Walnut Bitters
Directions.
Add everything to a stirring glass with ice and stir for about 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass and garnish with edible mushrooms.
